The morning started off with a short session on the to get the logs and pictures to date uploaded. From here we went to the Ford dealers to investigate the rumble I was hearing on takeoff under load. All checked out fine but it cost me $115.00 because they did not find anything. I guess warranty only works if there is something wrong. While there I worked on the problems with the TGC Database for Bill. Anyway we left the Ford dealers and went right next door to IKEA - had lunch here and then walked the showroom. We ended up buying a child's end of the bed storage box - wooden to use as a foot stool/storage in the 5vr. Also bought some other miscellaneous items. From here we went to the Superstore to get a new laundry basket and other essentials. We then made our way across Calgary to the Winter Olympic Park. Here we had an excellent visit (check out the pictures) including a private tour of the facility (we were the only ones on this tour). Very interesting. We also toured the museum and spent time in the gift shop. The off to another mall to stock up on our refreshment supplies and to replenish our reading material at Chapters. After this we met Frank and Maggie Quance at Tony Romas for supper on the patio. Excellent visit, good food great weather. Back across the city to our campsite and Mary to the Laundry, me to assemble our new footstool and then on the Internet to send Bill the new copy of the database. Back to the trailer for some chips and cribbage and then to bed.
